Return Policy

We offer returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly. Due to the customized nature of wall decals and acrylic designs, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong size or color ordered

• Products already applied, used, or damaged due to incorrect installation

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it

• Must be in the original packaging

• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@espcreation.com with:

• Your order ID

• Photo of the item received

• Reason for return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Custom-sized or personalized designs

• Items damaged by the customer during installation

• Items returned after 3 days of delivery

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered).

• We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid loss during transit.
